I have worked in the field of education for over 30 years in a variety of professional roles. Much of my work has focused supporting teachers and leaders around behaviour, attendance and inclusive practice. I enjoy supporting colleagues in their demanding roles, being able to share knowledge, research and practical ideas to help their everyday practice. As a NPQ facilitator for Leading Behaviour and Culture I have been impressed by the commitment of the participants and their willingness to share their experiences in the peer learning groups.
